I am attending our Independence Day parade in New York City this year! Looking forward to all the festivities. According to me, Freedom is about pride. It’s about d fighting spirit & its about shutting your critics, not with words but actions! Its wanting to win. As a child, I would hold elder sister Karisma Kapoor’s hand and toddle off to the RK Studios in Chembur in Mumbai where my grandfather Raj Kapoor had a ceremony every Independence Day for the children in the family. Freedom to me is about getting to make your own choices in life.
